Hi everyone!! Just checking in with all of you. Sorry for the “summer hours” blogging schedule. The weather was absolutely beautiful and it was so hard to take a break from all the summer fun. But I wanted to pop in here and let you all know, I have not forgotten about you. As a matter of fact, I have been busy these past couple weeks, updating and improving my blog. The changes are primarily technical rather than platform changes…and so therefore, won’t be as noticeable.
All of that said, I am ready to get back to writing and building…my two loves that I am missing very much. For those of you new to the blog…WELCOME!! I hope you will subscribe and stay up-to-date on new posts as they are published. You can do so by clicking here. Also, I would love for you to follow me on Pinterest and Instagram, where you can check out my latest projects and tutorials and our life in all it’s craziness :) . Please feel free to email me. I answer all emails.
My blog will continue to focus on two topics: My Story and D.I.Y projects. Here’s a sneak peak of a project that I will be tackling soon…
Our coat/catch-all closet…
Now looks like this…
I have big plans for this area!! I already love how it opens up this room and makes it feel a lot less cramped. Can’t wait to show you this project as I go.
I look forward to the season ahead. I love Fall and feel like it is full of inspiration for new projects and new blog posts. Can’t wait to get started back up. Thank you again, for joining me on this journey called Repurpose Life…Because life and home changes.
Designer Tip: When It Might Be Time to Bring in Help
If you’re working on your home and things still don’t feel quite right, you’re not alone. Many of our clients start exactly where you are now. They’ve gathered ideas, saved inspiration photos, and maybe even purchased a few pieces, but the space still doesn’t feel cohesive. That’s often the moment when having a designer can make all the difference. We help homeowners create a clear plan so every decision works together. From layout and furniture placement to finishes and lighting, the goal is a space that feels thoughtful, comfortable, and complete.
